About Me

The purpose of my work is to help you create the health and fitness you want.
As a Karate black belt instructor and personal trainer I have tried and tested many different methods to improve my own health and Fitness.
Over the years I followed many different diets and exercise programs; all of them were more or less short lived.
Most exercise and diet fads only worked while I was doing them, as soon as I stop doing those things, I was back in my old shape and fitness level. As it turns out obesity is a multifactor disease which needs to be treated at many levels simultaneously in order to achieve long-term success.

After extensive original research and countless bio hacking experiments you have to work all four pillars of health and fitness, outlined on this website, in order to succeed. Neglect one of them and your journey to a vibrant life and longevity is a never-ending struggle.
My goal as a coach is to uncover your blind spots and to inspire you to transform your body and reach all your fitness goals with less effort and fewer setbacks. Together we work you a proven blueprint with step-by-Step advice and personalised strategies.

I will help you see exactly why you’re stuck and give you the push to courageously move forward in your journey to become the best you can be.
